Initiate Your Request
Log into your ITADAKI account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Parcel
Place the items in their original designer packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include the printed return form inside the box.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your account portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our atelier inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
